Assembly Instructions for Vertical Immersion Pumps
Models SM-5 to SM-30

1. Insert vapor seal (item 9) into seat of draft tube (item 4).
2. Bolt draft tube (item 4) to "C" face of motor with four (4) each stainless steel bolts.
3. Attach impeller to motor shaft using four (4) each setscrews with 1/64" space between impeller back veins and under surface of bottom flange.
4. Mount volute case with gasket to draft tube with four (4) each hex head cap screws - snug fit.
5. Option - Attach hose adapter to overflow with threaded connection.
